Goats 🐏🐐 are meant for mountain tops ⛰! Last night we topped out with the first Mountain Goat challenge. 1.05 miles and 790 ft. of up, up, up! Anyone who’s done this fore road knows it wants to eat you alive before you get to the top!
The best part, you get another chance at the bronze goat prizes. Every race goats are up for grabs, defend it or be defeated. Goal is to get to the top!

We know that training causes damage, and we have to repair our bodies so they can perform at their best. It's not to say we shouldn't push our bodies, it's that we need to better understand how to fuel them.
Diet and nutrition—including calorie, calcium, and vitamin D intake—can affect bone mass density and bone structure, contributing to how well bones can withstand the repetitive impact of running and repair the micro-damage caused by training.
The goal is always on long term healthy and preparing athletes to be the future of the sport!
