Peak Performance Youth Strength Training Program
The Peak Performance strength and conditioning program is designed to optimally prepare soccer players for their competitive season. Our program is created with periodization and progression to ensure maximum results while increasing durability and reducing the chance of overuse injuries. The sessions will be specific to the demands athletes encounter during soccer games and will focus on the following: general strength, explosive power, agility, and sprint mechanics. Athletes will leave this program a more confident athlete, ready for their best season yet.

When: Starting June 8th
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3:15pm (60 Minute Sessions)
Tuesdays @ Ulysses Park
Thursdays @Trailhead Crossfit – 811 Brickyard Cir, Golden, CO 80403
