Summer Sports Performance Program
The Peak Performance strength and conditioning program is designed to optimally prepare athletes for their competitive season. Our program is created with periodization and progression to ensure maximum results while increasing durability and reducing the chance of overuse injuries. The sessions will be specific to the demands athletes encounter during games and will focus on the following: general strength, explosive power, agility, and sprint mechanics. Athletes will leave this program a more confident athlete, ready for their best season yet.
When: June 2nd- August 5th, 2022
Middle School (6-8th grade) -Thursdays at 5:30p (60 Minute Sessions)
High School (9-12th grade) -Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30p (60 Minute Sessions)
Cost: $165 for 10 sessions
Where: Trailhead Crossfit – 811 Brickyard Cir, Golden, CO 80403
If you have a team of 10+ athletes that would like a separate session please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also offer personal training if the group option is not the best fit for your athlete.
