Endurance | Strength | Speed

Peak Performance Running has developed a system to create a strong, efficient athlete. Plyometrics, strength training, and agility drills are combined to build a base for functional movement and performance.

Strength training is the foundation of athletic performance. We start with the basics needed to build an efficient, strong runner. We don’t hide behind complexity, we embrace the basics.

Simple and Effective

Champions

Are built in the weight room, defined on the track.

The PEAK Training Method

Peak Performance Running relies on a system designed for all runners. We use proven methodologies designed to improve athleticism, coordination, strength, and reduce risk of injury. We know that young athletes are developing skills that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. We believe that the weight room is a place to get stronger mentally, physically, and build trust in becoming a true champion.

Changing the Game

Distance runners have been profiled as weak and it’s time that we change the idea of a distance runner to strong and powerful. Our methodology combines crucial skill sin speed development, plyometrics, agility drills to develop a more efficient stride, to give runners a foundation of functional fitness that will go the distance

SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

The Peak Performance strength and conditioning program is designed to optimally prepare athletes for their competitive season. Our program is created with periodization and progression to ensure maximum results while increasing durability and reducing the chance of overuse injuries. The sessions will be specific to the demands athletes encounter during games and will focus on the following: general strength, explosive power, agility, and sprint mechanics.  Athletes will leave this program a more confident athlete, ready for their best season yet.
