What’s Included in the Coros Summer XC Training Program
Basic Plan — $155
For self-motivated athletes ready to level up
This plan is built for runners who want structure, insight, and the tools to train with purpose.
What’s included:
A 10-week structured training plan built with the PEAK Coaching System: smart progressions, foundational workouts, and a focus on long-term development.
Full watch integration: learn how to train with data, use effort-based pacing, and understand recovery metrics. Works with Apple Watch, Garmin, and Coros.
Educational content including videos and articles on training philosophy, nutrition, mental strategy, and race tactics delivered in an e-mail.
This plan is perfect for independent athletes who want to train smarter, stay consistent, and show up confident—without the guesswork.
Premium Plan — $225
For athletes who want coaching support, strength work, and high-level insight
Includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus:
Monthly team Zoom calls (three total) with Coach Andrew Simmons and guest experts for live Q&A, training adjustments, and race prep.
A progressive strength training plan designed specifically for runners.
Race-specific strategy webinars covering 5K pacing tactics and peaking inside the Monthly Team Zoom Calls
Guidelines for adjustments based on recovery, feel, and race schedule.
