No prior strength training experience needed
Work 1:1 with Coach Andrew Simmons to help identify weak areas and improve your running form. Each session is 75 minutes with a focus on filming and assessing your individual running form and mechanics.
Each session can be general in focus or we can focus on a specific area for improvement.
Individual Videos shared directly with you after the session
Follow up videos (when needed)

Pre-Race Strategy Calls
4 x 30 Minute 1:1 Phone calls with Coach Andrew Simmons. This is 1:1 time for athletes to develop a focused strategy and race plan. Athletes use this time to prepare for racing by setting up a specific race pacing strategy, work through pre-race nerves, or talk through upcoming training.
These 4 sessions can be used in-season or out of season at any point in the year.
