That first race of the season rides that shaky line between hope and hopelessness. For some athletes, they simply can’t wait for race day to test their fitness against the competition; the other half just wants it to be over so they can know how it went. I believe that if more athletes went in with an objective, a plan, and a positive mindset - we’d see a whole lot more hope on the start line!

Jog Your Mind - The Startline
Andrew Simmons is the Head Coach at Peak Performance Running. Since 2017, Peak has been the driving force behind 20+ athletes entering the NCAA in D1, D2, and D3 schools all across the US. Runners a tPeak have represented TEAM USA in Mountain RUnning at 5 World Championships, along with countless individual national contenders, state champions, national competition teams, and relays.
Coach Andrew works with athletes all over the United States and is the coach behind numerous state titles and Top 10 finishers. Andrew creates comprehensive and individualized programs that include running workouts, strength training, and mental performance.
